Dropping Nearly daily

Our Internet drops nearly everyday around 12am comes back on at around 12:30am goes off again and then returns normally uninterrupted at around 1245am

can someone have a look ??

If you do experience any further drops in connection then please let us know and we can send a replacement router for testing.

dropped this morning 4:30 until 5:00am but been ok apart from that

I have turned homesafe off and back on and at the moment no drops I will update If It drops anymore thanks

Thank you for checking and confirming. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out? We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.
