FIBRE 65 package is INCORRECT= Should have been 150mbps package.

Hello, in advance I would like to say thankyou for your time and help it's very much appreciated indeed. 

 

Help I need is regarding an offer to change contract to faster 150mbps package at a cheaper price.

My current speed is the 65mbps package, so basically I  went through the new offer to upgrade as makes sense to stay with talktalk, as faster speed and at cheaper price contract for 18 months is a no brained.

 

But upon checking my speed and package today it is still same and it says I chosen option 2 deal, which is incorrect.

I have attached 1 screenshot to show you.

Did you use the phone number given with option 1 or click through a link, @Amy2023?

 

Either way, you should have a 14 day cooling off period. Ring 03451 720088 to check, or use Chat.

 

Put "contact" into the forum search engine to find details for Chat etc. and opening hours.
