I only get max 6.4 mbps download speed - this doesn’t sound correct to me or does anyone else have the same issue?

Good morning,

 

I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. What speeds have you originally received? Does your main socket have a test socket please?

It largely depends on how far you are from the local Openreach cabinet. Have speeds always been this low, or has there been a recent deterioration? How does it compare to your guaranteed minimum speed?
