I ordered a fibre 950 package from TalkTalk and now find that I have been given a 150 package. I would like the package I was promised. When can I expect this to be actioned?

Hi there @mrsjohnson . We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, i can see indeed you are on Fibre 150. However a fibre 900 order was placed for you on 25/09/2025 and is still inactive.

Use the forum menu (usually 3 horizontal lines, top right) to open navigation options, @paja32.

 

Select Community > Help with your Service and then select the board closest to the theme of your issue, eg Full Fibre / email / broadband, whatever. 

 

There's a blue start a topic button near the top of each message board, so click on that to get started.

 

All threads you've participated in can be found under the ACTIVITY  tab in your profile area of the forum (accessed via your avatar).

 

NB I think there were display problems (certainly in Chrome on both of my devices) overnight. Currently I can't get an illustrative picture to load into this post.

How did you place your order? Did you not receive any confirmation once you had done so?

 

The support team won't be back online before Monday now, but it will help them if you can make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account.

Hi @mrsjohnson 

 

Could there be some confusion here? There is no Full Fibre 950 package; it is Full Fibre 900. Perhaps this is why you have been given Full Fibre 150?
