Hi Guys,

 

TT website tools say all is well with my internet speed and connection, but unfortunately this is not the case!

 

The internet keeps dropping out and when it does come back, it is painfully slow.

 

Please can you check it out for me.

Good Morning Chris,

 

Thank you for checking the line for me.

 

I didn’t think to look at the lights on the router, sorry.

 

Yesterday, after I had already posted, I unplugged the router for a good 40 minutes and have to say that since I rebooted the router the connection has been much better.

 

i think I will close this post. Thank you for your help.

Hi Jackie,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Line test is passing and only showing a couple of disconnection over the last few days. Have you noticed if the lights change on your router when your connection drops?

Hi Jackie,

 

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
