I am having lots of spasmodic interferance on my TV occuring later in the day that gets worse the longer the tv is on, it also distorts the sound.

Also when I turn the TV and Talk Talk button off on my remote the blue talk talk button keeps flashing and will not stop until I take the battery out of the remote, any ideas anyone?

Can you try a maintenance reset of the box here : https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/TV-Box-Maintenance-Reset/ta-p/1429347

 

Set the box back up and see if the issue continues.

Which box do you have?

 

What is the picture like if you plug the aerial into the TV, bypassing the box? Does the TV picture show similar symptoms over a similar period?

 

The weather is also causing issues at the moment. Has this been going on long, or maybe just the last couple of days?
