Has anyone got any suggestions on how to get someone from talktalk to listen to a very simple request?
I have spent 3x2hour+ sessions on chat to ask them to send an engineer to install a fibre cable and box into my house.
All they do is send me another eero to connect to a non existing fibre cable and tell me that my full fibre is now live.
What a load of tosh, how on earth can my fibre be live when i don't have a fibre cable installed.
