Hi all . Having problems with the fibre router. Had no white light for quite a while. Now when i try to connect with any pc it returns DNS error failed to connect . Switch it off works for 10 mins on and off then nothing again. Any ideas . Done all the normal checks.. Regards Paul

Hi Received router for testing . First impressions the speed is up by 20meg . Just one dropout but seems fine at the moment . Fingers crossed kee p you posted and thanks for all you help . Tremendous Regards Paul

Hi Debbie yes been fine overnight this is the original router from my first fibre contract . I could certainly test another . As I have said there are no lights on whan it's connected . All I see is the amber light when it reboots . Then nothing no light at all ..Thanks for your response Regards Paul

rebot after half hour noting has changed still nonwhit light but that hasn't worked for a while. Internet was working fine though .

Hi all thanks for reply someone on chat reset my line that didn't work unplugged again for another 30 mins he couldn't grasp there is no white light on router it's on as I can see the wireless network.
