Fibre unstable between 01:00-03:00

My speed fluctuates between 1mbps and 37mbps in the early hours.  I was talked into buying a new router as it was claimed that a new TalkTalk router would work better with TalkTalk services than my old Shell router (I was transferred from shell to talk talk) and my issues would therefore be resolved.  While I have experience less problems, it has just happened again tonight at 2am and is still going on so I have at to abandon watching TV, yet again  I don't understand why my connection is so unstable in the early hours?

You need to stick with the Shell migration team when it comes to support for anything to do with that switch to Talktalk, @mazzie2.

 

But I will raise one or two points with support staff for you, so please do complete your community forum profile details and they will then be able to identify your account when they are back on here during the week. 

 

Please go via your avatar; settings. In Personal Information add your Talktalk phone number or account number. SAVE CHANGES.
