can i use my? broadband connection at 2 different houses ( locations ) I mean same broadband connection at 2 different locations .

Not two geographically separated homes.
So, are you asking about connected semi-detached homes or immediately adjacent homes to which you could have a single broadband fibre optic connection, a fibre optic termination box (ONT) and a TalkTalk router and from that a user installed Ethernet cable connection to the second home or set up wi-fi coverage, perhaps using a mesh network for the two adjacent homes.
But if you're talking about a home in London and a holiday home in Norfolk say, then no, you need two broadband contracts one for each property.
