I was sent an eero 6 which I don't want. How can I return it?

The package label has a return address; there's a stick on label inside the box for returns; and the delivery note has an address for returns.

Needless to say, all 3 addresses are different.

Hi

Some of the returns labels may have different addresses, as our returns are managed by Ingram.  As long as you return it to one of their hubs, they will book the return in.

Thanks

Karl.

Hi @dougjackson should you ever need assistance with your TT connection you may well find it useful to have a TT supplied device to connect. As you might expect TT do not support third party equipment.

As for the correct address your post has been escalated and you should hear soon.
