It does sound like the old router was becoming faulty.

Good morning Debbie.

 

The connection is much better. More stable. I did notice that the white light on the front of the router is glowing brighter than on the old router so it makes me think that the old router was on its way out or not functioning as required. Many thanks for your assistance.

I have received the replacement router. It seems more stable. I will provide an update in a weeks time. I posted the old router to you earlier today.

It drops throughout the day for everyone on WiFi. Right now I am home alone and only one device is connected and still the WiFi breaks.

The WiFi keeps dropping. It is bothering on the insane now. A few weeks ago Michelle (TalkTalk) told me that she can turn WiFi optimisation off.
