Hi TT Team,
I've very recently been plagued with an issue to the 5Ghz signal from my TT Hub.
The 5Ghz Wi-Fi Status is currently showing as DOWN.
When I first spotted the issue earlier today, status was UP yet I could not see nor connect to 5Ghz.
2.4Ghz Wi-Fi connected and wired ethernet connected devices seem to be running fine.
I have tried:
Connecting to the Hub with dIfferent devices,
BRoadcasting 2.4 and 5Ghz on different SSID's,
Changing 5Ghz SSID's,
Changing 5Ghz channels,
Rebooting the router
EDIT to add the following:
Talk Talk Hub version SG4K100174
Is this something you could look into, please? Perhaps a firmware fix?
My home phone number is in my profile.
Kind regards, and thank you in advance

Thanks @KeithFrench
The 5Ghz issue seemed to resolve itself somehow without the need for a factory reset!??
I'll temporarily rename the 5Ghz SSID to ensure I'm on 2.4Ghz next time, instead of disabling it!

With the router turned on, press & hold the recessed reset button on the rear for about 10 seconds.
The bug is current, there is no workaround as yet.

Thank you, @KeithFrench
Yes I did disable 5Gjz manually, yesterday.
I got a new IP Camera and it only works on 2.4Ghz so I temporarily disabled 5Ghz whilst I set it up.
How do I perform a reset, please?
Any way TT can push an update so I don't have to do this, though?

Did you disable the 5GHz band initially? There is a bug in this firmware version that if you do, the only way to get it back is to perform a factory default on the router.
