I have only received one Eero Pro 6 router

I have ordered the Talk Talk 500 full fibre package but I have only received one Eero Pro 6 router in advance of the installation.

Shouldn't I have received 2 router items in the package -  i.e. one as the wifi extension?

The eero is intended as a wireless-first solution. You can expand the number of ports if you need to by using an ethernet switch. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Thanks. I think  Iwill also need an ethernet router, as there are only 2 ports on the Eero Pro 6 router. Why so few?

So, can I request an extra router from Talk Talk as a wi fi extender? Or is there an alternative?

No, the Full Fibre 500 package only includes one eero Pro 6 as standard.
