I have been imported from Shell Broadband and now get TalkTalk billing. 
Every time I try to access my account I get an old talk talk account(closed almost 3years ago). How do I go about fixing this problem?

@Wantaway / @Karl-TalkTalk, it's usually resolved by @Arne-TalkTalk removing the old details so that the customer can register afresh.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
