My current online TalkTalk profile has an old disconnected account from a previous address linked - I'm unable to access my current TalkTalk account / contract to see end date or billing.
Please can someone from TalkTalk admin / support get in touch.

What account number do you see? can you add it to the profile also.
Your account is showing as not registered , but the email address was linked to the account, so I have removed this, can you try to re-register for My Account.
