Hi, the internet is unusable. The upload has been reduced to 0.18mb and this is the actual sync speed.
I have done a line test on Friday 16th which identified a fault - It said Engineer is on the way to the exchange.
Fault Reference: REP-14000281
It is now Wednesday 21st and there has been no update and no change to internet speed.
Please advise.

I've contacted Openreach this morning for an update, they have advised that the contractors have completed dig work and the team are already working on this and have provided a new targeted fix date of on 11-03-2024.
I will keep checking for updates.

I've spoken to Openreach for an update and they have advised that the engineers have completed dig work and are still working on this fault. The earliest possible completion date is showing as 07-03-24.
I will continue to monitor for additional updates.

I'm really sorry about this.
I've completed another line test and this still shows a fault (outage in your local area) so I have escalated this back over to Openreach so they have an open fault ticket for your line whilst they are working on this issue in the area.
Openreach must have closed the previous fault ticket in error but still appear to be working on this fault.
I will keep you updated as soon as Openreach provide further information.
