Hoping someone can help, don't dare go through chat or call centers as they don't know what to do. I'm on g.Fast and have an BT openreach router supploed on install and no Internet light.
Line test ran, said there was an issue and to unplug the router for 20 mins. Done this and still no Internet light.

No problem. I'm glad to hear that your connection is now ok. If there were other people affected at the same time then it sounds like it may have been related to a possible outage. Please let us know if this does happen again.

Hi Michelle,
Sorry for not getting back soon,er, didn't get a notification you responded.
Was down for about 2 hours then on and off for the evening, but fine the next day.
From what I can tell there were a few BT and TT customer affected in my area that evening, so likely it wasn't jist something on my premises

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear and the connection looks ok from here. Have you now been able to connect ok since your last post?
