Hi woke up this morning to no internet all the lights on the ont are green eero just flashing trying to connect. Rebooted both ont and router still the same tried a different router the same trying to connect to the internet

I also seem to have a case REP-14183982 which now says resolved but it’s definitely not resolved

Same here. FTTP105880. Live chat being a nightmare, arguing with me that I’m not using eero (not used it ever in the 3 years I’ve had the service). POS/LON leds on the ONT are completely off, not even flashing. I think this has been the case since Friday but been away over the weekend.
