Making my own thread on this. It’s been happening since Friday and I have an open case but haven’t heard anything. It just says an engineer is coming to look at the problem and I don’t have to be in. This was the last update on 13/12/24.
I use wired and wireless devices and although they remain connected, I am receiving zero internet connection.
I have to keep resetting the router and sometimes I get 3 hours until it happens again, but sometimes I get 3 minutes.
The white light remains on the the router at all times.
It is becoming very annoying and I’ve recently re contracted with TalkTalk as I’ve never had an issue before, but this problem is a pretty big one and very disruptive to those of us who rely on an internet connection.

I'm having exact same issue, hopefully it gets sorted soon as it's getting very annoying, especially when I'm trying to shop online
