Get expert support with your Fibre connection.

Good afternoon,
Our Wi-Fi has stopped working, the router/hub just has an orange flashing light. This has been the case for about 24 hours now.
We have a city fibre connection, there appears to be nothing wrong with it and all lights are on. I have reset both this and the router/hub several times, including leaving them both turned off for 20 plus minutes, and using a paper clip to press the reset button.
Could we have further support fixing this please?
Friday
Morning Jon,
Have our team been in contact since our last post?
Thanks
Michelle

I’ve tried plugging it directly in to my laptop now, and that doesn’t work either.
Could we aim to have a solution to this as soon as possible please?

Hi Jon,
Are you able to connect another device directly to the ONT, such as a PC or laptop, and check to see if there is then an internet connection

Hi Debbie,
No devices are working at all, theres nothing recognising the broadband. I just tried plugging the Talk Talk Box to the ONT because I thought that was what you were describing when you said about connecting wired directly at the ONT.
Did you mean something different from that?

Hi Jon,
Apologies for the confusion, is it only the TV box that won't connect or all devices?
Thanks
Michelle

Hi Debbie,
Do you mean plugging the Talk Talk TV Box straight in to the ONT using the Ethernet cable? If so, I have tried this and the Talk Talk Box is still not recognising the broadband connection. I have tried both Ethernet cables in case one of them is faulty.
Let me know if I have misunderstood.

Hi Jon,
Could you try removing the router and connecting wired directly at the ONT to see if this works please? This will identify whether the fault lies with the connection coming into the property or the router itself.
Thanks

Hello Debbie,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Please see the pictures of the Reuter and our city fibre box, they show the orange light flashing on the router, all lights on as usual on the city fibre box

Hi JonParish1
I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just check, what lights are showing on the ONT?
