Internet won't connect after power outage

Hi my internet won't connect after a power outage. I have tried all the advice talk talk have gave me. I'm assuming the router is faulty and need a new one. I see other people have had this experience.

Is the fault logged with Talktalk, @Alannah_m?

 

Just making sure so that it's recorded as starting today.
