Hi,

It can take up to 15 minutes after the reset has been completed to re-sync back up. If there is no change by 2.45pm then please let us know. Was the VOIP service previously working ok?

we have inserted a pin to the reset button and there are 3 blue lights. none are flashing, don't know if that makes a difference

Thanks for confirming. What lights are currently on the Digital Voice Adapter please? Can you also try the below please.

Resetting your Digital voice adapter

If your Digital Voice adapter or router has stopped working, we may ask you to reset it to check everything's working as intended. To do this:

Insert a pin or straightened paper clip into the hole labelled “Reset” on your Digital Voice adapter.
Slightly push and hold it in for up to 20 seconds; or until all the lights, apart from the power light, switch off. Once this happens release the reset button.
Factory reset of the device will take a full 15 minutes and you need to wait until the allotted time has passed for the full factory reset to be completed. After 15 minutes, check your Digital Voice adapter device and try to re-test to check if the issue resolved.

Thanks

we are using Eeero with DVA and broadband is working okay.  We rebooted the DVA with the switch at the bottom and switched the power off and on again as we were unable to find a switch on the Eero.  Apologies, we are not very understanding of these things, please tell me if there is something else I need to do

Hi,

Can I just confirm, are you using the eero with the Digital Voice Adapter? If so did you reboot both devices? Is the broadband connection ok?

Thanks

Hello,

We've been advised that you may need to reboot your eero and Digital Voice Adapter for the fix to work. Would it be possible to try this now please?

Thanks
