Hi @Maexesperated

As mentioned by @fr8ys I can help with this if you want.

The information below is provided by TalkTalk. For confirmation, please contact @Lorrainef, the manager of the TalkTalk support staff on this forum.

KeithFrench is one of our valued Community Stars and can help with a range of issues related to wireless and networking. At times, he may ask you to send him test results via a Private Message to help analyse/diagnose an issue. Although Keith does not work for TalkTalk, he very kindly shares his time and knowledge to help others.

If you need further help or if we need to take any details such as personal information about your account, like phone numbers, account numbers, etc, one of the TalkTalk team will jump in and help out.

Hi,

When installing the Eero, did you change the username and password to match the same as your old router? Doing this normally provides a seamless transition to the Eero.

Does you Epson require a WPS link to the router? If so then the Eero doesn't have that facility, but @KeithFrench has a workaround, but it does require another router.

Does your printer allow you to input username and password to the router? Has that not worked.

The Eero doesn't hold installation details and not sure what you mean by the TalkTalk reference either, but uninstalling an app from your iPad should follow the normal procedure for uninstalling apps, or am I misunderstanding something here. If so Google could be your friend.

You don't mention a PC which is normally the item that requires most installation. Is this not an issue?

Have you checked out a dedicated Epsom forum to see if others have had similar issues and found a solution?

Please let us know what you have tried so far so we may be able to offer more help

Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).
