Is it possible to get a line reset?

I think BT were working on some poles close-by and the speeds haven't recovered properly since.

Hi Chris.

The sync speeds have returned to normal, however my actual download speed has not. The upload seems fine now though.

I will try another 30 minute reset, perhaps the DLM hasn't updated.

 

EDIT: The 30 minute reset did the trick, it's back to normal now.

Openreach have now cleared and closed the fault, have you noticed an improvement over the last couple of hours?

I'm really sorry to hear this. I can see that this fault has been passed to Openreach and has been assigned to a line engineer this morning.

 

I will check on this fault again this afternoon for any additional updates from Openreach.

Unfortunately, that has not worked and my speeds are now even slightly lower.
