Hi - I have basic fibre and a talktalk hub and wanted to install mesh.  I have bought BT Premium Whole Home and connected to my hub but am not able to connect the first disc - it constantly says “unable to join”. Is anyone able to advise me please? Thanks in advance

Morning,

Our devices team are in the process of changing the router firmware to resolve this and this should hopefully be completed within the next 24hrs.

Thanks

There is a problem if your hub is the Sagemcom 5364 or 5464 running V174 firmware, in so much as you cannot connect to it via the local domain name that BT specifies. However, if you find it in the Sagemcom's device listing within Advanced & get its IP address from there, you should be able to connect to it using that.

However, I do not know about your specific error, a Google search does not come up with anything.
