Who/where do I contact to organise getting the ont box moved? 
It’s been installed below a wall which is being replaced with a door so the box needs to be moved out of the way.

Thanks Gliwmaeden2, I saw a previous post about how much etc, I just need to actually contact TT to organise.  Will wait till Monday and hopefully someone gets in touch

I believe it's similar to moving a master socket, @garymcl:

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Add your Talktalk account number in Personal Information. Go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu....SAVE CHANGES.
