Moved from Shell and set up fee

So I’ve been moved over from Shell.. not by choice but u still get charged a set up fee??? Any move overs out if the customers control should not be charged a set up fee. This has never happened to me before as it wasn’t my choice. Also, it was stated that we could leave with no exit fees but that seems to be u true. The speed it rubbish and the live chat is not live as it takes two days for a response. Can’t reach anyone by phone.

Have checked your bill? 

 

There is no setup fee, the first bill will be higher due to the pro rata charges from the day your billing account went live with us upto your next billing day then the advance charge for the month. 

 

We haven't made any physical changes to your line the service is exactly the same, the only difference is that we are now billing you instead of Shell. If you speeds are low there maybe a fault on the line, Have you logged a fault?

 

Call us ( 03451720088 ) and speak to the Shell migration team.
