How to have the fibre entry point to my property moved
I have recently completed some building work and it now makes sense for the point at which my fibre connection enters my property to be moved
It is not a big move. Just need to route the fibre cable through a wall adjacent to the one it currently goes through.
How should I request this and how much will I be charged?
Thank you.

Thanks for responding to my question so quickly.
I'll have a think about next steps and get back to you in the next few days.
Is it ok to do that via this thread?

Hello,
Moving the socket to a different location in the property is classed as a Low Volume Request (LVR) and would be chargeable at £128.40.
If you'd like to go ahead with this then please can you confirm that you accept these charges and also provide a brief description of where the ONT is moving from and to, including approximate distances and we can raise this to our LVR Team to contact you to arrange this visit.
Thanks
Michelle

Hello
It's full fibre FTTP and it's the point at which the fibre cable enters the house that I'd like to move.
The cable was installed by BT OpenReach and I don't have any phone sockets so am I correct in understanding that a visit will cost me £75?
Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for your post. Do you have a FTTC or a FTTP connection?
I've included more information below,
Engineer charges - TalkTalk Help & Support
Openreach engineers can also install and replace main phone sockets if requested. This is chargeable at £128.40.
Thanks
Michelle
