When I try to log on to Netflix on my devices it says there is a problem. It says I seem to be using a VPN or proxy and to turn these off and try again??

What device are you trying to access Netflix on?
Sometimes an IP address can throw up a wrong region and providing you have not used a VPN should be able to be cleared by turing off your router for at least 30 minutes.
When you turn the router back on a new session and IP should be allocated.
Give it a try and let us know how you get on.
