Hi Guys,
I have been with TalkTalk since 2009 and have had Fibre Broadband since 2016 or so and renewed again in Nov 2023. My current router is the TalkTalk Super Router DSL-3782.
Can I request a new router please ? This is so that I can have the latest security features.

On the phone not connecting, have you tried forgetting the network (on the phone settings) and then reconnecting to the router again?

Hi Debbie,
I have connected the new router and it is working okay. However, One of our mobile phones has stopped connecting to the wifi network yesterday, don't yet know if this is because of the new router or if there is an issue with the phone. Other devices that are connected to the wifi network still connect okay.
