New fibre connection

I am supposed to be having new fibre installed on Tuesday but am unable to download the necessary app to my phone. How is it going to work / set up without it. My phone will only go up to isos12.5. I’m a pensioner and a technophobe who cannot afford  to buy a new more modern phone.

Do you have the Eero router then? 

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
