Hi been with TT for 5 yrs and the internets performance has been declining the past couple of weeks. Is there anyway I could get a new router as the router I’ve got now I’ve had since the beginning of my contract and it’s not working properly for example every day without fail it will turn off or disconnect resulting in me having to reset the router multiple times throughout the week. Sometimes resetting it works but there has been times where I’ve had to wait up to 2-3 hrs for the router to connect
