Hi, is there a way to access live chat? Link within website doesn't work. No Internet and have followed all prompts, etc and final note is to contact live chat.
Any help appreciated.

Your team confirmed there is an issue with my router and will be sending a replacement (hopefully soon ) !
Set up a spare router yesterday successfully which reaffirms that it is indeed a talktalk router fault.
