It is, but it should allow the session to reset completely if remote issues have been resolved. Let us know how you get on.

I have switched it off a couple of times to day but not 30 mins. That’s an exception long time for a reset! But will try. Thanks

OK, it does seem that City Fibre have had issues in the York area over the last day or so. Have you tried switching off the ONT and router for 30 minutes to see if that kicks it back into life?

Hi yes we are on city fibre. Seem to struggle on keeping the connection to the internet quote a lot of late?
