Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

@Mixer78 and @Silverbug1968, Talktalk doesn't pick up that you have a problem unless you start your own thread, as they only see your posts otherwise as answers on another customer's thread.
To give them an idea of numbers, it helps if you return to the message board and click on start a topic.
It also helps if you complete your community forum profile details for staff to identify your account.
However, forum staff will not follow up now till the 2nd January.
Technical support is available on Chat and 03451 720088 during the day tomorrow. They'll be live from 9am - 7pm.
