I've re-checked and Openreach are still working to fully resolve the fault. Update is still due today so I will re-check again in a few hours and will post back here.

Look it's just not good enough why they not resolve by now,why don't they not work weekend and this is meant yo ne a priority and there's hardly any so called temporary service.I will have to leave if not resolved very soon,we can't take any more of this he'll,it's ruining so man things,and for many others too,so unnecessary also! This is 2024 not 1924 I thought!

Hello,
The latest update from Openreach is that the fault is linked to an incident which the engineers are working to resolve and that the fault has been expedited. Temporary service has been provided, however it may be intermittent while they are working on resolving the fault. We've been asked to review this again on 29/10 for a further update.

Thanks no I've got the new one and returned the verybolder router yes,but it's into the 3rd week with no internet hardly.A temporary service was promised but to no avail.Its far too long I'm by London and Tower Bridge very important world famous areas here the city over ghe road etc.Still no explanation to what sns why this happened and any indication when this worst in over 25 years of internet will I ever be resolved.Compensation surely is rising all the time this iz truly mind blowing!

I've checked the fault and we are due an update today so we'll keep checking this for you. We can send you a replacement router, can I just confirm what issues you are currently experiencing with the router please? (I'm just checking if it's different to the current fault)

Michelle has the router been sent its still needed what ever happens.Its many years since a new one.Its gone off again now the NINTH day running,and obviously more distress and disruption.Why is it taking this long the worst in 30 years.What has actively happened and when roughly if ever can this be resolved please help urgently MR JG HALL!

The update we've received is that a temporary fix has been applied (which may be intermittent) while the main fix is being implemented. We've been asked to re-check for an update today so I'll re-check the fault again in a few hours and will post back here as soon as I know more.

Thanks Michelle an unexpected visit from an engineer,but he's doing many tests inside and out.The phone and net have been switched off.Hes been here over 30 mins but he hopes a resolution finally he says,and we pray for haha!

Hello again,
It looks like the fault is linked to a bigger fault but Openreach have advised that they are working to resolve the fault as soon as possible. I'll check again around 2pm today.
