Everything has gone off and the app states they will get back to me I a few days

Openreach have now closed this fault as resolved. Is everything working ok now?

Openreach have provided the below update:
The engineer is currently in action status on this fault and is scheduled for 24-May. This is an external investigation.
Openreach have advised us to check back on 27/05 for further updates.

I can see that this fault is in hand with Openreach and the engineers are still investigating this fault.
We will continue to monitor this and post back on this thread with additional updates.

Hi I don’t know mi keep getting texts from open reach to say it is fixed but the outside cable is still on the ground. One guy came out and said it needs a survey to re attach the cable but that could take weeks in the meantime I have nothing

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
