No wifi connection. Status says wifi disabled

My wifi connection disappeared this morning.  I can connect to the router via a cable, but there's no wifi. When I check via the router hub the status is "disabled". I've tried resetting the router and restarting it but still no wifi. From looking at previous posts it appears this may be a faulty router. Any advice gratefully received.

The replacement router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Hi

 

Can you add the home phone number to your 'Community Profile' so I can locate your account, I can then get a replacement router out to you.
