Powerline Extension

Currently I get broadband with Fibre 65 service. To reach some rooms in my home (upper floor) I use a Powerline extension.

I am due to receive a new broadband service Fibre 150. I think this is now full fibre and a different type of signal (maybe I'm wrong!) to fibre only. Assuming the new router will not reach my distant rooms will my current Powerline work?

Yes!  Are you being provided with an eero 6 with the Full Fibre service? The eero will utilise a mesh network wi-fi connection but you'll need a second eero in place of the powerline adaptors to take advantage of the mesh networking feature.
