Powerline adapter Issue

Hi,

My Powerline adapter (Receiver) seems to be dead. It no longer has any lights coming on. Tried it in different sockets, and been through all of the online guides that I can find, but still nothing. Looking at the pictures on line, my Powerline adapters are the older model. They are white ones not black and smaller ones like those in the guides. Thinking they've just finally given up. How do I arrange for replacements? I can't see that anywhere on my account. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Luke

Hi

Talktalk no longer provide powerline adapters.

These, along with the older TV boxes such as the Huawei DN370/DN372T & DN360T models are legacy hardware and TalkTalk have not supplied these for some time.

The powerline adapters were supplied originally as the legacy TV boxes relied on an ethernet connection to connect.  The newer TV HUB will connect over Wi-Fi.

Thanks

Karl.
