Hello.

 

I have left and would like to request a bag to return the router.

I'm asking here since neither the live chat nor the support phone numbers are working.

Phone support teams would close at 7pm, Monday to Friday, @Colin_C.

 

9am till 6pm on Saturday. 

 

Anyway, staff can send you a returns bag.
