Recontract

hi TalkTalk staff,

My current contract will end on 13Apr2023. 

I would like to recontract my Fibre 65 for GBP26 per month for another 24 months.

I tried to log in "My Account" and click "Recontract or Upgrade your service",  Error page appeared. 
 with message "Oops! Sorry, we're unable to find the page you're looking for. Let's get you back on course..."


Please could you assist me for the recontract. My current contract is expiring in a few days. Thank you in advance!

Hi,

 

Staff here cannot negotiate renewals.

 

Your best bet is to phone and speak to the loyalty team who have the best deals available and usually better than my account.
