Replacement Router Please

Hi, over the last couple of months the router (Sagemcom Fast 5364) has been getting progressively more and more unreliable - not saving settings, dropouts, needing regular rebooting, freezing when logged in to it, etc. 

Over the last couple of weeks or so it seems to have broken completely.  It now requires a factory reset every 24 hours to be able to access the internet.

 

How long will it take for a replacement to be sent out?

I've ordered you a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Alas, the problems with the UI are a bug in the firmware. Whilst I can help with the speeds, by the sound of it, the initial course of action is to replace the router, which will take a couple of days after TalkTalk dispatches it. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and replace it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
