I've recently had my connection disconnected and now looking into returning the devices. I've moved from Shell when they were brought over by TalkTalk hence did not get a return bag. How do I request a bag to return the equipment.?

Not a problem for staff to send you a prepaid label and returns bag, @wanojm, but you need to complete your community forum profile details for TT forum staff to identify your account.
