Returning Equipment

Hi Team,

 

I've recently had my connection disconnected and now looking into returning the devices. I've moved from Shell when they were brought over by TalkTalk hence did not get a return bag. How do I request a bag to return the equipment.?

@Dawnrobson, if you return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread, then post again, staff will respond and send you out a prepaid returns label, probably with another bag.

 

This needs to be your own topic, not someone else's thread, as staff need to link the issue to your account. 

 

Make sure your details are complete in the profile area. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. You get there via your avatar; settings.....afterwards SAVE CHANGES.

Not a problem for staff to send you a prepaid label and returns bag, @wanojm, but you need to complete your community forum profile details for TT forum staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

You'll get a reply from them during the day. Follow up on this thread.
