Returning Router

Hi,

 

I left TalkTalk almost a month ago now and have yet to receive a returns bag to return my router.

 

When cancelling over the phone I provided my new address so unsure if it was ever sent or not.

 

I have added my new address to the private notes tab in my profile.

Should be fine, if you clicked on SAVE CHANGES after adding the information in Private Notes.
