Hello,

My router TalkTalk Wifi Hub FAST5364-T8 stopped working today. No wifi (no brodcast), no ethernet (PC does not detect a connection), The LED flashes at bootup and stays orange. A hard reset also had the same effect. No Wifi or ethernet.

Can you send a replacement router please?

Do you currently have an Ethernet cable connected to the WAN (red) port on the back of your WiFi Hub?

@Philile-TT No active monitoring needed.

Do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependant upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?

For example a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.

I just need to make sure that it is not the line that is affected. Are you currently at home where the TalkTalk services are installed?

lol, no, not the splitter. Good bit of humour in the morning 🤣

I can not connect to the router itself no WIFI and Ethernet, only the orange LED.  It was working until late last night.

Hi @kannank your post has been escalated, not the splitter again is it?

I don't work here and all my opinions are my own.
