I have had to reset my router 5 times in the last month. Is their a reason for this or have I got a faulty router?

Hi Mikeejc75

Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing?

Hi Mikeejc75

Thanks for updating your Community Profile.

The line test is clear, no faults detected. I think we should send a new router for testing, would you like me to arrange this?

@Mikeejc75 it really depends on what caused you to reset the router?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don't worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
