I have FFTC and over the years have consistently had 36Mbps but since 10 October (coinciding with 6 hour outage in next road) the speed has gradually dropped, hung around 7 or 8 Mbps but today is now down to 1 or 2 (upload speed is 4Mbps). I have contacted TalkTalk several times and they are sending an engineer to the house this time but not for another week and I may well have no internet left by then. I have been migrated from Shell, the router has been renewed to no avail and I have rebooted the router and checked cables, etc.
